11th International Congress on Ericksonian Approaches to Hypnosis and Psychotherapy

Dear Friend of the Erickson Foundation:

The purpose of this letter is to request your participation as Invited Faculty for

the Eleventh International Congress on Ericksonian Approaches to Hypnosis and Psychotherapy,

organized by the Milton H. Erickson Foundation, Inc., December 8-11.

The Congress will consist of five components, (1) Keynote Addresses;

(2) Fundamental Hypnosis Workshops (two hours each); (3) Invited Workshops (two hours each),

(4) Interactive Events, (5) Institute Workshops and Solicited Short Courses (ninety minutes each).

To provide maximum exposure for your ideas, we would like you to conduct one Invited Workshop;

and participate in Interactive Events possibly including, demonstrations, panels, dialogues and conversation hours.

Arrangements for the Congress will be as follows: The Milton H. Erickson Foundation, a non-profit educational corporation, will organize the meeting.

You will be responsible for your own expenses. If the meeting attracts more than 1,000 paid, full-conference registrants,

we will provide a modest honorarium to defray some of your expenses. Your meeting registration fees are waived, and you will be included in courtesies afforded the faculty by the Foundation

Registrants consist primarily of psychotherapists. Each attendee must have a minimum of a master's degree in the mental health field.

Physicians and dentists also attend, as well as full-time graduate students in accredited programs.

We hope you are willing to share your expertise at the Eleventh Erickson Congress. Your attendance and participation will significantly enhance the meeting.

Your support of the Erickson Foundation is needed, and is greatly appreciated.
